Team Member

Colter is an experienced staff engineer and inspector working primarily on materials projects. His experience includes field and laboratory materials testing for soils and concrete and he has worked on the development of multiple mix designs. He is also a structural steel inspector in training and recently inspected in numerous lateral and tension pull test inspections on driven piles for solar facilities. Mr. Colter holds a B.S in Civil Engineering from New Mexico Tech (NMT). He is also an adoring father who enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys hunting.
